Something that you may not know is

 that even though we are not in

 network with your insurance that

 does not mean that you can not

come and receive care from us.

 Another option that is available to

 you is that you receive care and pay

 us for the care and we print off a

 Superbill (a summary of the care

 that you received along with the

 cost ) which you can then submit

to your insurance for reimbursement.

 Reimbursement will vary based on

 insurer and coverage.

Here at Conquer Health

Chiropractic™ we strive to deliver

the most cost effective and beneficial care that we can. With that being said we do have a couple different options for our patients that prefer to pay cash. We can always do pay as we go programs where you pay for visits  as they come based on the services received in the office on

that day.

We also offer a variety of

 subscription based care plans of

 varying intensity on which we offer

a discount of 15% off of the overall

 cost of the visits. Additionally our

 patients that are enrolled in a

 subscription plan will not be

charged for additional services

 provided on their visits. This is an

 additional benefit to our

 subscription based patients as

 traditionally on pay as you go

 programs the patients are billed

for all services rendered.
